Middle beaded section is pliable, so it can be adjusted to be more curved to fit wrist, if desired. Bracelets are not adjustable. We have found that most wrists fit in the small size.
Small measures approx. 6.5 inches.
Medium has one more link on one side only and measures just over 7 inches.
Large has two more links on either side and measures just over 7.5 inches.
